Lillyhall Business Centre Lillyhall Business Centre is an exciting venture aimed at bringing small and medium sized businesses together in a prestigious working environment. The main 3 storey block comprises 19 office and 8 studio units. The single storey rear unit comprises 9 workshop units.
Office Services The Centre boasts an impressive reception and fully fitted conference and meeting rooms. There are a wide range of support services, including typing, photocopying, e-mail, laminating and document binding available on site. The conference and meeting rooms can be hired by the hour or day. TV, video conferencing, internet access, flip charts and overhead projection equipment are all available for round-table meetings of 4 - 18 or theatre style layouts for 40 plus. Catering and conference packages can be tailored to suit individual needs.
Specification The offices are finished to a very high specification with carpets, solar reflective blinds, suspended ceilings with incorporated category 2 lighting, wiring for 6 telephone/data lines, broadband, security shutters to most ground floor units, solar glass Cool-Lite tinted double glazing and electric combination heaters. Studios are similar to offices but do not have the benefit of suspended ceilings or carpets and the walls are painted blockwork. Workshop units are similar to studios with the added benefits or loading doors, own toilets and tea making facilities and gas fired radiant heating. Security shutters are fitted to all windows and there is provision for telephone connection. The Centre has ample car parking and full disabled access including a lift to all floors.
