Leasing Terms
Tenure: Long
leasehold for a term of 125 years.
Use: Light industrial, general industrial or warehousing.
Development: The site is to be developed within
a set time period under a Building Agreement in accordance
with plans and specifications approved in writing by Northwest
Development Agency.
Maintenance: An estate service charge will be payable
to cover the cost of the maintenance of the estate road
and services.
Costs: The leaseholder will be responsible for
the Agency's legal costs in connection with the proposed
Building Agreement and Lease.
